Negotiations Update  (3/9/2012)

The hospital has proposed significant takeaways which include both economic and working conditions.

Negotiations Have Started  (3/2/2012)

  • Your negotiation team has been hard at work.  Yesterday marked the start of negotiations and the administrative team received our initial proposal.
  • Whidbey presented a partial proposal and have committed to providing the economic proposal at the next session on March 8th.

If you have not already done so, please contact WSNA with your latest contact information, so that you can stay on top of negotiation updates and latest events that impact you!

Please plan to attend a Local Unit Meeting to discuss negotiation updates and progress.

Stay Informed  (2/2/2012)

Your negotiation team has been busy preparing for the upcoming contract negotiations.  Your team members are:  Dori Painter, Gwen Parrick, Jeanne Cox, Kathy Cox, Krissy Candelario, PC Cable, Pat Meyers, and Peggy Schmidt.
 
Please insure we have your current address, personal email and phone number so that you will receive timely updates on how negotiations are progressing.

Reminder – You are entitled to a 15 minute uninterrupted rest break for each 4 hours that you work.  If you do not receive this break, be sure to clock out a missed break so that you are compensated.  Please contact WSNA immediately if you are not paid.  WSNA wants to ensure that you receive your breaks for your safety as well as the safety of your patients!
