KENNEWICK, Wash.-- Many nurses across the state agree workplace violence is their number one concern.

On Wednesday night, the Washington State Nurses Association organized a meeting with nurses and lawmakers to share what it’s like as a nurse.

WSNA President Jan Bussert says, "I don't believe people are really aware that nurses are under attack every single day and the statistics are showing us its more dangerous to be a registered nurse than it is to be in law enforcement right now."
