If you’re a nurse, there is a significant chance that you have experienced or witnessed bullying in the workplace. ANA developed a position statement and the #EndNurseAbuse campaign to address issues like bullying and incivility on the job. You will learn how organizations can take this issue from concepts to action.

Key Learning Outcomes

  1. Describe organizational antibullying and prevention strategies that can be implemented in the workplace.
  2. Discuss the impact that these changes can have on the individual nurse as well as the organization.
