Nh Coins Wave

Nurses House, Inc. is launching its seventh annual Dolphins for Nurses campaign to raise funds for registered nurses in need from April 12 to May 12. Sponsored by Cross Country Staffing, the funds raised from this campaign will be used to help RNs facing illness, injury or other dire circumstances. Nurse groups and hospitals can help raise funds for their colleagues. Paper dolphins will be offered for $1, $5 or $10 donations.

Individuals and groups can also raise funds online at www.nurseshouse.org during the month long period. If you or your group is interested in participating in the fundraising campaign, contact Director of Development Stephanie Dague at sdague@nurseshouse.org or at (518) 456-7858, ext. 127 for more information. Nurses House will provide all the materials needed to host this fundraiser including dolphin circles, brochures, flyers, posters, table tents and pens.

Funds provided by Nurses House to a RN in need can be used for housing and medical expenses, such as rent or mortgage payments, health insurance premiums, medical bills and prescription medications. Any RN residing in the U.S. who is facing a hardship situation and whose monthly income is insufficient to meet his or her basic needs is encouraged to apply. Applications are available on the Nurses House website www.nurseshouse.org or by calling (518) 456-7858.
