2018 Union Leadership Summit - Chelan

The WSNA Union Leadership Summits bring a day of education and strategy to a city near you. Get ready to talk with other nurses about:

• Safe Staffing – How to make the 2017 Staffing Law work for you in your facility.
• Workplace Violence – Learn more about what types of violence nurses face and how you can help create a safer work environment in your facility.
• Attacks on Worker Rights – The movement to silence your voice and how you can stop it.

Our discussions will include education, strategy discussions and networking with other RNs in your community. You will walk away with tools to make a difference and earn 6 CNEs.

Free for union-represented WSNA members! (The Union Leadership Summit is designed for and limited to WSNA union-represented nurses. Nurses covered by a WSNA union contract who are not yet full dues-paying members will be charged a fee of $20 upon registration.)

This event is happening in conjunction with "Nurses Speak," a special event designed to allow elected officials and candidates to meet with small groups of nurses to hear about the challenges you face on the job every day. Following Nurses Speak, dinner will be served and will feature entertainment by comedian Kermet Apio, winner of The Great American Comedy Festival.
