As a union, WSNA represents nurses at more than 45 facilities around the state. We fight hard — at the negotiating table, in the community and on the picket line — to win good contracts.

Your union

We stand up for working conditions that allow you to focus on caring for patients.

WSNA leverages the collective voice of nurses to successfully advocate with employers, state agencies and the state Legislature for better working conditions, safe staffing, fair compensation and patient safety. We hold employers accountable by enforcing contracts, winning lawsuits and pressing state agencies for regulatory action.

WSNA is the only organization dedicated exclusively to advancing the profession for more than 100,000 registered nurses in Washington state.
