Nurses Speak

Join us for a meet and greet with legislators and candidates!

This unique event allows elected officials and candidates to meet with small groups of nurses to hear about the challenges you face on the job every day.

Nurses Speak has given nurses the chance to educate lawmakers on the need for uninterrupted rest breaks and why it is imperative that we close the mandatory overtime loophole. Come prepared to share your stories with your legislators and your colleagues.

WSNA’s Nurses Speak events have been very successful around the state, and have helped to gain pro-nursing and pro-patient safety votes in Olympia.
