State budget

Urge your state legislators to invest in Washington communities by supporting progressive revenue

This session, the Washington State Legislature has updated their progressive revenue proposals that seek to modernize our state's tax code to ensure all of our communities get the resources and funding they need. Due to the large budget deficit, legislators are looking at cutting services many residents rely on. These cuts will impact almost every sector in our life: healthcare, early learning, education, public safety, and behavioral health.

By passing progressive revenue, we can adequately and sustainably fund education, access to affordable healthcare, and robust community services that families and individuals rely upon to survive and thrive.

Email your state legislators asking them to invest in Washington communities by passing progressive revenue.
