Rally to support nurses at Public Health – Seattle & King County

12–2 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 27, 2025

King County Chinook Building
401 5th Ave
Seattle, WA 98104

This rally is crucial to our goals in contract negotiations. We gain strength and resolve from our shared actions. We laid the foundation with the County back in 2023 to improve the longevity in our contract. There have been no surprises.

Our advocacy is just and will benefit the County in achieving the strategic priorities for public health. We remain clear and consistent. Our collective actions are focused on securing and preserving the quality and experience of public health nurses at the County in the future. This campaign is not a spectator sport. Every ask by your WSNA team is a legally protected activity. Your activism and advocacy are the very foundation of nursing practice!

What to expect at the rally?

  • We need YOU to help build power of ALL the nurses in negotiations!
  • Rally with speakers and talk to your team, held in front of the County’s HQ
  • WSNA t-shirts created just for us at King County will be distributed to wear at the rally and beyond
  • Take photos to share on social media
  • Bring friends, families, and pets on leash!

Our collective actions focus on preserving the quality and experience of public health nurses at the County in the future. This campaign is all about participation. We’ll see YOU at the rally!
