Negotiations are just around the corner for a new contract!  The team really value and need your input into the various issues you encounter and what is most important to you and your coworkers.  Please take the time to complete the attached survey.  Estimated time to complete is approximately 5-10 minutes depending on amount of narrative information you have to share in the free text fields.  We want to hear from you!

We also have a section at the end of the survey to help you get involved. We need your involvement in this process to get a fair contract!

This Friday, January 30, between 5:30 and 8 pm WSNA Nurse Rep Bret Percval, and your lead negotiator Shea Allen will be in town and would like to be available at the hospital. We are working on confirming at location and will be reaching out to everyone with an update. If you’re not around on Friday we will be in town frequently as we move forward. Meeting this week will be very beneficial to get feedback on what you feel is most important.
