Congratulations, Cascade Nurses!

CASCADE RATIFIED 8 11 26

Your new contract has officially been ratified!

This agreement will go into effect on October 1, 2026, and will remain in place through September 30, 2029.

The Cascade Nurse Officers were outstanding throughout the bargaining process, working diligently to advance the priorities identified by the bargaining unit while remaining mindful of the economic challenges facing the organization. Their professionalism, preparation, and commitment helped achieve meaningful improvements for nurses and the patients they serve.

We also appreciate the collaborative approach taken by the Employer and the opportunity to begin bargaining early. Starting negotiations ahead of expiration allowed both parties to engage in thoughtful discussions and reach an agreement that supports nurses, patients, and the long-term success of Cascade Medical Center.

Thank you to every nurse who participated, provided feedback, stayed informed, and voted. This ratified agreement is the result of your engagement, solidarity, and collective voice.

Congratulations on your new contract!
