Our WSNA negotiating team recommends a YES vote

Thank you to everyone who put up the yard signs and wore your WSNA shirts on Mondays. We really appreciate all the support for those of us at the table.

  • 8.1 RN Critical Access Scale
    • Y1 - retroactive to 3/31/22 10.25%
    • Y2 – 3.25%
    • Y3 – 3%
    • Fill in Ghost steps 11, 15, 19, and 25 at the average of steps preceding and following these steps. Add Step 34 at 3% higher than step 32.
  • RN Clinic Scale
    • Y1 – Steps 0-2 4% retroactive to 3/31/22; Lump Sum Payment $4,000 prorated on FTE
    • Y1 – Steps 3+ 7.00% retroactive to 3/31/22; Ratification Bonus $2,500 prorated on FTE (per diems $250)
    • Y2 – 3.25%
    • Y3 – 3%
  • Increase Nurse Team Lead and Clinic Team Lead $4.50 hr./Relief Team Leader $4.00/hr.
