Pay and PTO Final Resolution

The following is the agreement WSNA and PeaceHealth reached regarding Timeclock errors, Pay and PTO:

  1. If a missed timeclock punch is not corrected before 10:00 A.M. by either the nurse or the timekeeper/manager, a correction can be submitted to payroll by using the Previous Payroll Adjustment (PPA) form. If that form is received by 10:00 A.M. on Tuesday of payroll week, payroll will include the hours on the nurse’s regular paycheck. If the form is received after that date, a manual check will be run and mailed, to be delivered within 3 business days, if the dollar amount exceeds 5% of the nurse’s gross wages.
  2. Employer shall reimburse nurses for any PTO that was deducted to cover wages on days with missed punches provided WSNA and/or the nurse provide the information and a Previous Payroll Adjustment form attesting that the nurse worked the hours in question.
  3. Employer shall reimburse nurses for any bank charges incurred due to employer withholding pay provided WSNA and/or the nurse provide Kelly Fringle and/or Shawna Unger specific information to verify bank charges were incurred due to employer withholding pay.
  4. Employer shall provide additional My Time training as needed and shall share additional documents with nurses to improve the understanding of how the system should be used.
  5. The time nurses spend attesting to time shall be time worked.

Thank you to everyone who participated in resolving this issue.
