A set of quick updates

Take the survey!

This is a quick reminder to complete the negotiation survey if you haven’t done so already. This will help to guide your team at the negotiations table. Use the button below to take you to the survey.

What's next?

Your team will determine our priority items and have a preparation meeting with the attorney. In the meantime, we are aware as are all of you that the current contract expires March 31, 2022. We have already reached our first agreement with management and we have not even formally started the negotiations! We have mutually agreed to an extension of the current contract through May 31, 2022.

Our PeaceHealth siblings at St. Joe’s in Bellingham have had their first two negotiation sessions for their contract. A simple extension of the date for the PIMC contract will allow them to complete their negotiations process prior to us commencing ours.

Launching next week!

Your PIMC Facebook group will be launching next week! Your FB Admins are already gearing up for that with some administrator trainings. Look for the invitation to join the group! Your group membership will be by invitation only so watch for those to cross your inbox soon.
