Our contract negotiations are just around the corner!

Our first day of negotiations is scheduled for Wednesday, May 14, 2025, followed by the second day on Thursday, May 15, 2025. Our bargaining team members include:

  • Julie Bielau - OR
  • Lesley Preysz - ED
  • Morgan Timmons - ED
  • Chris Wachholz – Clinic and OR – Per diem
  • Zanna Cochran - Clinic
  • Clarece Markins – clinic alternate

Our team is currently reviewing the survey results and we appreciate the number of nurses who took the time to complete it. This truly helps us understand what is important to everyone. We need continued support throughout the negotiations. Our strength lies in all of us standing together, united with one voice. When everyone participates in actions, it demonstrates that we are all at the table. Our first ask is for all nurses to wear “I support my bargaining team” stickers on the days we are at the table in negotiations.

Currently, our team is speaking with nurses and reviewing issues that have arisen during the duration of the existing contract. We are taking all of this into account while drafting proposals for our new contract and are seeking input from every PIMC WSNA member. If you have thoughts or concerns, please reach out to one of the bargaining team members listed above or stop by Lobby Time tomorrow.
