This is your opportunity to support your coworkers, strengthen our Local Unit, and partner with the WSNA Nurse Representative in matters involving our contract, wages, and working conditions.

📌 Local Unit Officer (LUO) Positions Include:

Chairperson
Leads and coordinates the Local Unit, presides over meetings, and partners with WSNA to guide the unit’s overall work.

Co-Chairperson
Assists the Chairperson and steps in when they’re unavailable. Assumes Chairperson role if there’s a vacancy.

Secretary/Treasurer
Takes meeting minutes, manages Local Unit records and finances, and assists with meeting and event communications.

Co-Grievance Officers
Work with the WSNA Nurse Representative to address grievances and ensure contract enforcement.
