Announcing Nurse Representative Change
Posted Feb 9, 2026
Robin Cully BSN, RN, CEN WSNA Nurse Representative

Starting Monday, February 9, 2026, Robin Cully will be serving as the WSNA Representative for PeaceHealth Peace Island Medical Center nurses. Sara Frey, Nurse Representative, will continue with her other assignments.
Robin is a registered nurse with nearly 10 years of clinical experience and has worked with WSNA for more than six years in a variety of roles. Robin brings substantial labor and union experience, including service as a Teamster shop steward and as a WSNA co-chair at PeaceHealth St. Joseph Medical Center in Bellingham. Robin has represented nurses in collective bargaining, grievances, organizing efforts, and other matters involving mandatory subjects of bargaining.
As a long-time employee of PeaceHealth, he is excited to continue assisting and advocating for nurses employed at another PeaceHealth facility. He recently assisted with finalizing the resolution of the rest-between-shifts grievance win for Skagit RNs, ensuring more nurses received their owed retro pay. Robin is also excited to support Hospital Staffing Committee members to help ensure improved staffing and safe staffing for our nurses.
Nurses who wish to raise workplace issues or request representation may contact Robin at RCully@wsna.org.
