We met for another session to bargain the changes to the time clock. Management made a counter proposal where they pretty much ignored our last proposal. We are trying to preserve status quo policies. For example, we want to preserve longstanding practices for attendance and tardies before the change in timekeeping to minute-by-minute. They continue fighting us on minutiae. We plan another session soon and will keep you posted.
