Webinar: How to sign up and use HEALWA - rescheduled meeting - now 9/25

0.5 CNE contact hours

noon–12:30 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 25, 2025

This was moved from 9/18 to 9/25 due to technical issues.

HEALWA is an online repository that assures affordable, on-demand, online access to current, authoritative clinical information and educational resources to healthcare practitioners in Washington state. Sixteen dollars of each RN licensure renewal fee helps support HEALWA, and nurses can access this resource at no additional cost. As of 2024, only 16% of RNs in Washington state are registered to use HEALWA!

Want to learn more about HEALWA and how this resource can benefit you and your practice? WSNA is hosting a free, 30 minute webinar on September 18, from noon-12:30pm. 0.5 CNE contact hours will be offered to those who attend the full webinar and complete an evaluation. This webinar will be recorded and available for limited on-demand viewing, so consider registering even if you know you can’t attend the live event.

This webinar will be presented by Patricia Levine from HEALWA. Patricia Devine, MLS, is a medical librarian. Her title is Director, Community Outreach and HEALWA. She has over 20 years of experience working with healthcare providers and has been with the HEALWA program since 2018. She designs and implements outreach programs for health professionals to educate them about the importance of evidence-based information, with a focus on reaching underserved populations.
