WSNA Business meeting and Health Equity Webinar (WSNA Members Only)

On October 14, 2026, WSNA will host our biennial business meeting and health equity webinar.

Join us to hear important updates from WSNA’s new Executive Director, Gerard Friesz, on WSNA strategic priorities, upcoming events, and ways that members can stay informed and engaged as legislative session 2027 begins. Immediately following the WSNA update, Dr. Vanessa Cameron, PhD, RN, NPD-BC, CEN, CNL will present on ableism in healthcare. 

Dr. Cameron is a nurse, Washington native, and wheelchair user who speaks from her lived experience and decades of practice as a registered nurse. This webinar meets Washington Board of Nursing health equity requirements for licensure renewal. 

Participants who view the webinar in its entirety and complete an evaluation will earn 2 CNE contact hours. (Note: this webinar will NOT be recorded. The content will be made available at a later date as a module in the WSNA learning management system.)
