ILWACO — Contract negotiations with the union representing Ocean Beach Hospital nursing staff have been underway since March, and so far, negotiating teams have not been able to agree on a new contract.
While leaders at the financially strapped hospital say they must do everything they can to keep OBH in the black, members of the nurses’ union say several proposed changes to their contract go too far.
