Advocacy Definition

The American Nurses Association has declared 2018 as the Year of Advocacy to highlight nurses’ influence in improving patient safety and conditions at the #BedsideAndBeyond. Every day, nurses stand together to speak out for what matters – advocating for change.

ANA and WSNA want to hear how you bring about change! Which of these have you done as an advocate?

Last year, ANA nurses sent 24,000 letters and made 3,000 calls to Congress. What will you do this year?
