WSNA joined thousands of demonstrators at Seattle Center on Saturday, April 5, for the Hands Off! rally—part of a nationwide day of action opposing recent actions by the new administration.

WSNA President Justin Gill addressed the crowd, calling attention to policies that threaten nurses, patients, and communities, including proposed cuts to Medicaid, attacks on labor rights, efforts to dismantle public education support, and threats to Social Security and Medicare.

The Seattle event was one of more than 40 Hands Off! rallies held across Washington state, bringing together union members, health care advocates, and community leaders in a unified stand to protect vital programs and services.
