RICHLAND, Wash. —Nurses at Kadlec Regional Medical Center in Richland reached a settlement with the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) after being disciplined in connection with union activity, Washington State Nurses Association (WSNA) said in a release.

WSNA said it filed four unfair labor practice charges between March 1 and August 2, 2024. Those cases were later combined into one complaint after an investigation that included interviews and sworn statements by Region 19 of the National Labor Relations Board.
