WA medical groups sue Trump administration over deleted health data

The Washington State Medical Association is the lead plaintiff in a lawsuit filed against the federal government over removal of public health data this year from websites.

The lawsuit includes WSMA and eight co-plaintiffs, including the state nurses association and the state chapter of pediatricians. The lawsuit aims to stop the federal government, as directed by the Trump administration, from deleting public health and science data.
