We have a TA!

We have a tentative agreement after 3 days of negotiations.

  • 2-yr contract,
  • 2.25% wage increase retro to Jan 1 2020,
  • 2% wage increase year 2
  • Double the current longevity pay
  • We made inroads to a bilingual premium and got a represented nurse (one of our team members) on the Diversity Committee.

The vote is scheduled for March 26, from 11AM-2PM. We’ll be voting at the Kennewick office. Room to be confirmed.
