HOT OFF THE PRESSES Covid-19 incentive bonus program

Read the fully executed Letter of Understanding for COVID-19 incentive program at CWH.

If you are assigned to work on the cohort units and covid patients there is a “Covid” button on the time clock. You’ll put in for the bonus when you clock in to work on the units.

There are very few hospitals throughout the State of WA that are offering anything like this. We’re certainly the first in the Central Washington area. Nurses who have been working in the Covid Cohort areas are exhausted and burnt out. We are hoping this will help retain nurses at CWH. If you have questions or concerns, please feel free to contact any of your officers or your nurse representative, Carmen Garrison at cgarrison@wsna.org.
