April 1, 2020 Contractual Raise Survey

The hospital has come to your Local Union Leaders requesting that we delay the April 1, 2020 three percent (3%) raise until July in the hope of minimizing lay-offs or low census (daily layoffs) during this COVID-19 pandemic. We are soliciting your feedback. Would you be willing to agree to a delay of your raise if it was conditioned on the hospital’s agreement to provide paid administrative leave (so you don’t have to burn your own accrued time) to nurses who are unable to work because of exposure or potential exposure to COVID-19?

If you did not receive the email with the link to the vote survey or have questions about the delay, please contact Carmen Garrison at cgarrison@wsna.org. The survey will close at noon on Wednesday, April 15.
