We have a settlement

Late Friday, May 18, we reached a tentative agreement. Save the date for the vote on our contract. Your negotiating team is recommending a yes vote.

We had many wins including (but not limited to):

  • Pay increases of 3% yr. one, 3% yr. two and 3% yr. three. A yes vote will secure back pay to April 1, 2019.
  • New base scales for Resource, STAT, permanent charge, in lieu of benefits and pool. This was a settlement of the payroll grievance that was advanced to arbitration last year. Your new base pay will include your premiums respectively.
  • No change to your retirement.

A more complete list of the changes will be provided prior to and during the vote.

Remember to thank your negotiating team for their hard work advocating for you and negotiating on your behalf: Susan Chapman, Judy McBride, Samantha Goff, Crystal Clabaugh, Stefanie Gates, Lorna Sebastian, Michele Rae, Amanda Cortes, Nick Jackson and Paul Molenaar.
