Please note the following information regarding wage increase, ghost step removal and ratification bonus:

  • Ratification Bonus: A $1000 bonus will be included in the paycheck you receive on September 19.
  • Wage Increase: The new wage rates and the removal of the "ghost step" will take effect on the October 3 paycheck. This increase will apply to the pay period from September 14 through September 27.
  • Communication: This timeline aligns with previous communications, which noted that these changes would be implemented within two full pay periods after ratification. The details are also available on the wage scale in the Redline contract
