The Redline and Wage Scales are here for review!

These will be attached to your voting ballot arriving via your personal email on August 22, 2025, at 5 am.

*Please be aware that Redline versions of the contract can be hard to read and may contain typos or other formatting errors as the finalized version is still being worked on. If you have questions about the redline, contact one of the bargaining team members.

Your bargaining team recommends a *YES* vote

For the first time in WSNA history, we will be voting electronically on this contract ratification! We are hopeful that this change will make voting more accessible to everyone. All members in good standing (that is, current dues-paying members) will receive a unique on-line ballot to the same email address on file with WSNA at 0500 on Friday 8/22/25. Voting will close on Friday 8/22/25 at 2100. If you do not receive a ballot by 8/22/25 at 0500, please check your junk and spam email. If you still don’t see a ballot by 0600 please contact lrobinson@wsna.org and someone will follow up with you. If you need to fill out a membership application so that you are eligible to vote, you can do that here.

You will have access to the red-lined draft contract, where you can see all the changes between the old and new contracts, during the vote. You can always view the Tentative Agreement (“TA”) highlights and wage scale here.
