The Ratification Vote opens TODAY!

Voting on the new starts today, Wednesday, 4/16/2025, at noon and ends Friday, 4/18/2025, at noon.

Your bargaining team strongly endorses a YES vote!

This vote is entirely electronic. Ballots are sent to PERSONAL EMAIL of dues-paying members. If you want to vote and believe you are a dues-paying member and do not have a ballot, email BPercival@wsna.org or call 206-471-0876.

What are we voting on?

Your new contract. This is to ratify the tentative agreement reached by your bargaining team and the employer.  You can read a redline version of our tentative agreement here. Redline versions of the contract can be hard to read and may contain typos or other formatting errors, as the finalized version is still being worked on. We have posted a spreadsheet to show wages here. This chart is for informational purposes and is not part of the final contract. Please see Article 8 Compensation in the redline for tentatively agreed-upon wage increases.

The much shorter version that summarizes some of the wins can be found here.

Need help or have questions?

We are in person at the hospital today from 4 pm to 8 pm and will be available live on Teams. We have paper copies of the redline, and bargaining team members will be here to answer questions. If you still want to sign up as a member, have technical issues, or have any other questions, you can find us in the Green Conference room between the Cancer Center and the Gift Shop.

If you have questions, we will also be available live over Teams so you can drop in and speak with a bargaining team member.

In Solidarity,
Your WSNA Bargaining Team
Theresa Blazer, Holly Baker, Alicia O'Neal, Nikki Paulson, Sandy Gott, Ryan O'Neill Hawkins, Carol Flaming, Jaclyn Miller, Karen Lasota, Lexi Overa
