We have a RATIFIED Contract

The nurses have spoken! You overwhelmingly voted ‘YES’ to ratify a new contract after 6 months of bargaining. The contract goes into effect on February 27, 2026, and continues through October 21, 2028.

Fresenius pushed back, and we were up against what UFCW had agreed to, including the same wage increases. Nurses will see a 3% wage increase in the second pay period from today. Unfortunately, the employer did not agree with annual increases to continue the date of expiration in October. Staff will see increases annually on February 27, 2027 (2.5%) and February 27, 2028 (2%).

The team was able to secure a Ratification Bonus for ALL nurses of $1500, which will be distributed when your increases take effect.

In a historical moment with Fresenius, the team was able to get a per diem premium. This will ensure that all nurses who work at a represented facility and are per diem will receive 7% pay in lieu of benefits premium. Your team pushed to make that happen.

We would also like to thank Janet Stewart, the nurse representative, who brought the team together and pushed for these benefits.
