The Union is aware of the recently released PTO policy

It has been brought to the Association's attention that a “leadership council” is trying to implement changes to the PTO policy. The Association has contacted the MHS Good Samaritan Human Resource Consultant and is trying to get to the bottom of this. Some of the changes that this “leadership council” is trying to implement go against what was bargained in the contract, so stay tuned! Please review our contract regarding PTO. If you are getting push back from your management regarding lack of projected accrued PTO hours, only one person off at a time or that you must take at least a full week of PTO, please contact one of us or our WSNA nurse representative, Michele Rose.

In Solidarity,

Jena Slater - Chair, Marilyn Sterling - Vice Chair, Krystal Young - Secretary, Aaron “Montana” Bradley - Treasurer, Dawn Morrell- Grievance Officer
