Negotiations

With your contract set to expire, your negotiating team will be at the table starting October 3. The team will be meeting with our attorney Abby Lawlor, to finalize our goals and priorities moving forward. We are hopeful that the employer will welcome bargaining team support members to negotiations and will hopefully see many of you during the sessions. Staffing and ADOs

The Hospital Staffing Committee is working hard to get safe staffing in all the units. But the only way we can show leadership that are staffing is inadequate is by filing ADO forms. If you receive push back or are discouraged from filing an ADO, please let your nurse representative Stephenie Troftgruben know ASAP. Here is a snapshot of all the reasons to file:
