Senator Wilson meeting update

On August 4, a group of WSNA nurses met with Senator Jeff Wilson. We expected the meeting to last approximately 30 minutes, however the meeting lasted nearly 2 hours! There was robust discussion about hospital turnover, hospital funding, staffing, nurse retention, safe working conditions and more! The meeting ended with the senator stating that there would be follow up on what he heard.

Thanks again to Senator Wilson and the group of RNs who attended and shared their heartfelt personal experiences!
