Negotiations update

On October 7, 2019 your contract negotiation team met with hospital management for the 1st time. We gave them our opening proposal, which was based on your feedback provided to us in the contract negotiation survey. Our proposal is fair and calls on the hospital to make changes that retain quality and committed nurses!

Our next meeting is set for Nov. 5. It is our expectation that management will give us their full proposal at this meeting.

We are working on scheduling a local unit meeting to get your feedback. Stay tuned for details!

Reminder - Please make sure we have your personal (non-work) email address. Your personal email is the fastest way to receive timely updates.
