Negotiation update

Once again, we have met with administration and sent a full package proposal through our mediator. Our proposal was partially responded to on workplace violence and staffing language. Our team is evaluating this response to see if it meets the needs of our nurses. We have still maintained our position on PTO, no mandatory low census, wages and preventing increases in insurance premiums.

Our team needs to hear from you regarding your position on the remaining key issues to win a fair contract. Take a minute to complete this very important survey now.
