We have a Tentative Agreement for a new contract!

Your bargaining team has reached a tentative agreement with Kindred and the team recommends a YES vote!

Save the date for the vote:  Thursday, May 30 from 7:30 – 9:30 a.m. or 11 a.m. – 1 p.m.

Your team secured raises of 5% the first year with some nurses receiving more if they would benefit more from a true-up, and 3.25% in year two and three. There will be an increase in preceptor pay in year 2 and some other positive changes in the contract.
