We’re Looking for Staffing Committee Representatives!

The Staffing Committee currently has openings, and we’d love for you to get involved.

Are you interested in having a voice in nurse staffing decisions? Would you like to represent your peers and help shape staffing levels on your unit? This is a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

Committee Details:

  • Paid time to attend
  • Relief from duty if you are working
  • Virtual option if you are on a day off
  • Meets once a month on the 4th Tuesday at 4:00 PM (typically one hour or less)

Your input matters, and your perspective can help guide important decisions that affect our team every day.

We encourage you to consider joining and playing a vital role in shaping our staffing approach.

Not sure you want to join but want to know more?  Come join us for a session and see how it all works!

If you would like to join, please contact your WSNA Chair Josh Derius or Nurse Rep Sara Frey sfrey@wsna.org.
