Thank you to everyone who showed up to the staffing committee meeting on August 7.

Management has heard you!

The CCO and management have heard you state that splitting RNs between floors is unsafe and they want to hear more from you.

It is also extremely important to document every time ratios feel unsafe or you can’t find the equipment that you need here: www.wsna.org/ADO.

If you want to be sure to be invited to every meeting, please consider officially signing up for the safe staffing committee. You can be paid to attend and help make Kindred better and safer for patients and nurses!

The safe staffing committee will be going over these reports to assess where Kindred can be improved and your CCO said that she wants you to fill these out!
