Negotiations session #2 update

Today, your negotiation team met with Kindred First Hill for 2nd day of negotiations. The hospital continues to propose to eliminate paid sick leave during a pandemic. Your bargaining team is fighting to protect sick leave and pushing for a wage proposal to get and retain qualified nurses.

Our next session on Tuesday, October 6.
