Happy Summer, Mary Bridge NICU! Although it seems like we just ratified our last contract, negotiations are coming up in a few short months. We’re ready to show MultiCare that nurses at MB NICU are united for a fair contract – keep reading to stay up to date on all the latest WSNA news!

Our NEW Negotiations Survey is Open: What do YOU want to see our next contract look like?

Our negotiations survey is your chance to ensure your issues and priorities are addressed in our next contract. We want to hear your honest thoughts about staffing, safety, breaks, and more! A previous survey went out, but our officer team wanted to add additional questions so we can ensure our bargaining team represents the priorities of all the nurses at MB NICU. If you filled out the previous survey, please take a few minutes to answer this new one!

By filling out the survey, you’ll be entered in a raffle where FIVE nurses will win an item of their choice from the new WSNA store! Winners will be announced after the survey closes.

You can fill out the survey here.

Stay in the Loop!

As our contract negotiations approach, it’s crucial that every nurse stays informed on what’s happening at the bargaining table and beyond. If you’re not getting email updates from WSNA, check your junk and spam folders. You can update your contact information here.
