It is time to discuss the NICU Staffing Plan for next year. Multicare has proposed significant changes for 2024 that could have serious impact on NICU staffing.

The purpose for this meeting is to talk about NICU needs and priorities, formulate questions that help clarify the new plan, and create additional language to ensure safe staffing in NICU.
