We Have a Tentative Agreement for the Mary Bridge Case Managers!
Posted Apr 17, 2026
Yesterday, April 16, your bargaining team of NICU and Case Management RNs reached a tentative agreement for the Mary Bridge Case Managers to join our union and be folded into the contract. We are so excited to expand our Union and welcome in the Case Managers who will now have the rights, privileges, and Union wages all workers deserve.
With this TA Case Managers will be placed on the step scale we ratified in February with Case Managers seeing up to a $16/hour raise by joining the Union.
Here are the highlights from the TA
- Case Managers will now also begin accruing seniority with their seniority retroactively reflected by their current length of service.
- Additionally, we added “intra-unit” seniority for the purposes of job postings. Meaning that a NICU or CM nurse will have priority when applying for a job in their unit.
- Case Managers will receive a $1000 (pro-rated to FTE) ratification bonus as it will take the employer four full pay periods to move them from salary to the hourly wage scale.
- Case Managers who work 40 hour weeks will be able to enter into a “flex time” agreement to meet the needs and realities of their job.
Voting Information
As this affects everyone in the bargaining unit, we will be holding a ratification vote for all members in good standing on April 23 from 0600-1600. This vote will be electronic and ballots will be sent to your personal email. Your bargaining team recommends a YES vote. We will have a redline of the agreement attached to the ballot and online before the vote.
Welcome our new Union peers and show your support by voting on 4/23/2026.
In Solidarity, your bargaining team,
Crystal Anderson, RN, NICU
Michele Christiansen, RN, NICU
Michelle Olstad, RN, Case Management
Susan Young, RN, Case Management
