We Have a Deal! Ratification Vote Tuesday 10/8 at PH St. John Medical Center

At midnight last night your bargaining team reached a tentative agreement with management over terms for our new three-year contract! Highlights of this deal include wages that compete with or lead our market and a step adjustment process that will let bargaining unit nurse get 1:1 credit for all of their years of nursing experience. If nurses vote to ratify our tentative agreement, our new wages would go into effect the first full pay period after October 1st. Check out the newly revised TA summary, which includes wage scales and more, on our local unit page by clicking below.

But we're not done; we still need you to vote to ratify the agreement! Join us at PH St. John on Tuesday, 10/8, from 0530-0830, 1100-1300, or 1730-2030 to cast your vote. (Exact conference room TBD — stay tuned for updates.)

Join us on Teams at 6 p.m. Wednesday for the all the details at the John Talk!
