At midnight last night your bargaining team reached a tentative agreement with management over terms for our new three-year contract! Highlights of this deal include wages that compete with or lead our market and a step adjustment process that will let bargaining unit nurse get 1:1 credit for all of their years of nursing experience. If nurses vote to ratify our tentative agreement, our new wages would go into effect the first full pay period after October 1st. But we're not done; we still need you to vote to ratify the agreement! Join us at PH St. John on Tuesday, 10/8, from 0530-0830, 1100-1300, or 1730-2030 to cast your vote. (Exact conference room TBD — stay tuned for updates.)
