National Labor Relations Board Unfair Labor Practice Charges Investigation

As part of the investigation into unfair labor practice charges filed with the National Labor Relations Board against PeaceHealth St. John related to unilateral implementation of policies, WSNA needs feedback from you.

Within the last year, were you forced to take unpaid leave because of illness that would otherwise have fallen within the contractual PTO bank? Or were you forced to take unpaid time off under PeaceHealth’s travel policy? If either of these apply to you WSNA needs to know ASAP!

Please contact Travis Elmore WSNA Representative at 206-575-7979 ext. 3117 or telmore@wsna.org no later than March 7, 2021 with details about your loss in compensation.
