Important flu vaccine update

PeaceHealth has unilaterally implemented a mandatory flu vaccination policy. While WSNA continues to oppose this mandate, we have confirmed that RELIGIOUS EXEMPTIONS to vaccination will be honored. It is our understanding that PeaceHealth does not reference this in their communications to employees.

Religious exemption requires you submit their PeaceHealth form and provide a simple letter stating that receiving the vaccination contradicts your religious faith. That form should be readily accessible and provided upon request.
