Contract update

WSNA is happy to announce a 1‑year contract with PeaceHealth corporate. In this unprecedented year, PeaceHealth has agreed to honor the contract as it is, without any changes for the period of a year, and has agreed to a 3% wage increase for this contract term.

This decision allows for financial security for the nurses while preserving the employment benefits of the current contract and allows for hospital recovery from the pandemic prior to negotiating the contents of the entire contract. We plan for negotiations on the full contract to take place in the coming year.

Please extend a huge thank you to your WSNA Officers when you see them! PeaceHealth St. John is blessed to have a team of dedicated professionals who love their co-workers and their hospital and want only the best for their teams.
