We have a TA!

After months of negotiating, we can announce that we have reached a Tentative Agreement on a contract!

The vote will occur on Dec. 8, 2021, in Conference Room C.
There will be 3 voting sessions:
Session #1: 0530 - 0830
Session #2: 1130 - 1400
Session #3: 1730 - 2030

Highlights include:

  • Market wage adjustment for steps 1-7
  • $1,000 bonus after ratification for RNs not getting market adjustment (approximately equivalent to a 1% annual wage for a typical RN)
  • Another $1,000 bonus in November of 2022 for RNs not getting a market adjustment (approximately equivalent to a 1% annual wage for a typical RN)
  • 9% wage increase over the life of the contract (3% in 2021, 3% in 2022 & 3% in 2023)
  • Retro pay going back to Oct. 1
  • CES 1 increased by 25% - Now permanently embedded in the contract
  • Cap on mandatory OT. $20/hr for RNs forced to exceed the cap.
  • Increase to charge pay
  • New Holiday Call pay

You must be a WSNA Member in good standing to vote on the contract.
